Plant Controller

Act as lead finance business partner for the operations management team, establishing plant goals, identifying and verifying cost improvement opportunities, linking operational measures, metrics and processes impacting the financials; and driving continuous improvement. Direct the financial planning and forecasting processes, utilizing models and ensuring linkage to operational plans. Responsible for all financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; and individual and team development.
Skills/Experience Education/CertificationBachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required with a Master’s Degree and or CPA preferred. 7-10 years of extensive background in all areas of manufacturing accounting, specifically in cost, planning and analysis and automated manufacturing systems. Specific hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant is highly desirable. Considerable interpersonal contact is required with all levels of management, as well as a variety of people outside the organization. Therefore, a high degree of human relations skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required. The incumbent must be results/profit oriented and committed to the attainment of short and long term objectives.

Clinical Coordinator:
The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible to build and establish the clinical programs for the pharmacy department. The vision is to decentralize.
Duties include: Precepting/Educating the pharmacists so that they are all doing clinical in the same method; aminoglycosides, pharmacokinetics, dosing...and others. This person should also be qualified to build the Nutritional Support Team and develop the Anti-Coagulation program. Being compliant with JCAHO guidelines is another area of responsibility. Attending clinical meetings and all protocol meetings would be necessary too.
The beauty of this position is that the pharmacy department has administration approval to move forward. There is growth to do... with approval to go ahead and get it running. Decentralization is the vision.
General Responsibilities:
Leads, analyzes, and appraises clinical pharmacy services.
Initiates, analyzes, and reviews monthly and annual reports to include adverse drug reaction reporting to determine compliance.
Coordinates implementation of clinical initiatives.
Oversees safe and appropriate pharmaceutical care for the patients of the facility by developing and utilizing evidence-based and best-practice protocols.
Shares the responsibility for formulary review, drug use evaluations, therapeutic drug protocols, drug information, and development and maintenance of clinical pharmacy services.
Shares responsibility for network and departmental publications, educational programs and pharmacy initiatives.
Serves as a liaison to Nursing and the Medical Staff and works directly with these groups to meet the needs of the department and the hospital. Serves as a resource for clinical services support at the other network sites
Salary offered is mid range $120,000 per year with an outstanding benefits package.

Participate in site Regulatory Agency Inspections as business needs dictate in accordance with SOPs
Assist in the preparation of responses to Regulatory Agency requests when appropriate and conduct quality audits of the data as needed
Ensure the quality of internal/external documents (Case Report Forms, Document Completion Guidelines, Protocols, etc…) and/or approve the documents in accordance with internal procedures
Be Responsible for developing and maintaining training requirements and procedures for GxP operations.

Our product pipeline includes anthrax vaccines and therapeutics, botulinum vaccines and therapeutics and other vaccines.Responsibilities:• Support non-clinical development of vaccines and therapeutics.• Oversee the projects' non-clinical programs that include multiple safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy studies aimed at meeting regulatory requirements for licensure of biologics. • Oversee the design, execution, and monitoring of non-clinical studies, analysis and interpretation of the data, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements. • Lead a small team of scientists responsible for the daily non-clinical operations• Interact with the U.S. Government client.• Oversee the preparation of reports and management of timelines and budgets. • Ensure success of the non-clinical programs through effective interaction with both internal and external collaborators, including scientists, CRO's, project managers, regulatory and quality assurance experts, and outside consultants. • Participate in the preparation of regulatory submission documents, as well as evaluation of and response to U.S. Government RFPs, BAAs, RFIs, and RFAs in support of new and existing products. Requirements: • PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
